As we all know A Michigan judge Mary Ellen Brennan ignorantly  placed a 15-year-old Black girl in a juvenile facility after she failed to do her schoolwork, & denied the girl's request Monday for an early release. The girl, being called Grace to protect her identity, was placed in detention in May.

Regardless of any of there was any prior probation or not this decision was made purely off of racism and ignorance and judge Mary Ellen needs to be impeached for her wrongful decision. No one this ignorant and racist should be in power or in control of anyones sentencing and well-being. It takes a real monster to be able to detain a young child for not doing her homework especially with everything going on in the world right now . 

“ I miss my mom . I can control myself and be obedient .” The 15 year old girl begged to be released during the hearing on Monday . Judge Mary Ellen Brennan: “ Give yourself a chance to follow through and finish something. “
