We The People of the United States, in order to ensure national security and further scientific understanding, demand our government release all documents and media related to Unidentified Aerial Phenomena. It is the duty of the President of the United States to inform the public as to the origins, intent, and capabilities of these UAP according to the most recent understanding of the federal government. It is the duty of Congress to hold public hearings regarding UAP, to resolve why this information has been withheld from the public and for how long. It is the duty of Congress to establish a permanent office, accountable to the public, dedicated to the scientific study of UAP.
