After reading an article about a 9 year old Colorado girl who is starving because her mother doesn't qualify for unemployment and hasn't been able to get work since last March, I wanted to act.

We have representatives living in a world separated from this 9 year old's experience.  They're living on a good wage, and are given free health care.  These people will continue to receive these things for the rest of their lives, at the cost of the American citizenry.   

I would like to ask our Congress men and women to live on the standard minimum wage, and apply for insurance, just like the people they are supposed to represent.
