Obtain justice for murdered cruise ship passenger George Smith

The Issue

On July 5, 2005, our 26 year old son and brother George Smith was murdered onboard his Royal Caribbean honeymoon cruise after reportedly winning large sums of money in the Brilliance of the Seas' casino.  For ten and a half years, our family has endured an incredibly cruel and difficult daily fight to find out who murdered George and bring them to justice.

In September 2010, we reluctantly settled with Royal Caribbean Cruises and George's widow Jennifer Hagel (now Agne) in order to obtain the investigative file of Royal Caribbean.  The investigative materials, that Royal Caribbean was contractually obligated to provide pursuant to the settlement, failed to reveal who murdered George.

Subsequently, our family offered a $100,000 reward for information that leads directly to the arrest and conviction of the persons responsible for George's disappearance from Royal Caribbean's cruise ship.  Thankfully, the $100,000 reward led to numerous valuable leads all of which we promptly gave to the FBI.

Despite substantial evidence of guilt, President Obama's "Justice" Department led by U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch has refused to enforce our federal laws and indict those responsible for the murder of our son and brother George Smith on Royal Caribbean's Brilliance of the Seas.  Additionally, the "Justice" Department has refused to enforce our federal laws and indict Royal Caribbean despite the fact that there is substantial evidence of a large-scale conspiracy by Royal Caribbean to cover-up George's murder.  Obama's major fundraiser and Commerce Secretary Penny Pritzker is a member of the Pritzker family, who own a substantial amount of Royal Caribbean stock.  For more revealing information about George's murder and its cover-up by Royal Caribbean and others, please see the Facebook campaign we created in George's name: http://www.facebook.com/JusticeforGeorgeSmith

Royal Caribbean Cruises values its stock price and profits more than human life.  As such, our family has decided to speak in the only language that Royal Caribbean understands - money.  We are asking that each of you boycott Royal Caribbean Cruises Limited and each of its brands until our family is told the truth about George's murder and those responsible are brought to justice.  We ask that you boycott all of the brands of Royal Caribbean Cruises Limited, which include Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Azamura Club Cruises, Croisiere de France, Pullmantur Cruises (Spain, Portugal and Latin America) and TUI Cruises (Germany).

Only a world-wide boycott of Royal Caribbean brands will make it clear to the recidivist corporate felon Royal Caribbean and the U.S. "Justice" Department that George's life, and the lives of all cruise passengers and crew members, are important and worthy of protection by our government.  After all, if our federal government refuses to enforce our federal laws to protect its citizens that choose to vacation or work on Royal Caribbean International cruise ships, not one of us is safe to step foot on any Royal Caribbean ship.

Many of you have expressed outrage and disgust by the actions of both Royal Caribbean and the "Justice" Department and wish to help our family in our efforts to hold both Royal Caribbean and President Obama's "Justice" Department accountable.  It is time for all of us to stand up to Royal Caribbean and the U.S. "Justice" Department to demand justice for George and all cruise crime victims.
