We, the undersigned, oppose the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' plan to restrict access to public waterways around dams on the Cumberland River, including Barkley, Wolf Creek, Laurel River, & Martins Fork dams in Kentucky, and Cheatham, J. Percy Priest, Old Hickory, Cordell Hull, Center Hill, and Dale Hollow in Tennessee.
