Petition the International World Court to Investigate Police killings of Black Americans
The Issue
We the below undersigned, through International Reform and Police Accountability Committee (I.R.P.A.C.), hereby petition the United Nations through its World Court and the General Assembly of Nations to conduct an independent and thorough investigation into the ruthless, callous and unrestrained killings of unarmed African American men, women and children by law enforcement officers throughout the United States. The systemic killings of untold numbers of African Americans without question is allowed to be practiced because there are no laws in place that protect the black man, women and child against racially motivated threats of harm and death. On average blacks are killed by the police at a rate five times higher than whites and only makeup 14.1 percent of the total U.S. population. While black males make up on 2% of the total U.S. population, in 2015 they were shot and killed by the police at a rate nine times that of whites. The only way to curb these vicious and unprovoked killings of African Americans is by the International World Court convening and issuing a scathing indictment against the United States for human rights violations.
