I believe that American citizens have the right to make decisions regarding their own health and well-being.  

I do not believe it is the employer's duty, or that they should have the authority, to determine what an employee must do with his/her body.

While it is true that no individual is being forced to continue their employment, most employees have their life planned around their job, and should not be cruelly coerced into receiving a vaccination that may or may not be helpful, and may or not be harmful.  This should be a decision made by the employee and the employee's PCP.  

I believe this decision by Tyson Foods is an unfair, unethical, and borderline unconstitutional ultimatum that will only negatively affect turnover, staffing, and moral.

This is not a pro-vaccine/anti-vaccine petition.  This is a matter of ethics and human rights.
