During the whole year of 2020, Twitter has been randomly targeting accounts during their suspension sprees and failed to respond to appeals filed by upset users. 

This is making it difficult to near impossible for people to properly use the platform over an extended period of time, and when one will lose an account is impossible to tell because the platform gives no warning prior to suspension whatsoever. 

Adding to that, Twitter has been making it impossible to use the platform without harvesting every user's phone numbers. This makes a certain amount of anonymity impossible, and the users who Do choose to enter a phone number often get frequently locked and eventually suspended as well — without a warning. 

Due to these issues, many people are visibly frustrated, especially when harmless accounts get suspended and those that actually violate the rules don't. 

Changing the way the platform operates would benefit users AND Twitter itself, which would otherwise lose a significant amount of users.
