Julien Blanc and his group, RSD (Real Social Dynamics) are a group of sexist and racist "pick up artists," who have made a living by teaching men how to violate women through physical and emotional abuse.

There have been a number of petitions to deny Julien Blanc a visa to enter the UK or to leave Australia. I am confident, that we, in the UK, will not accept his vile rhetoric and that he will be denied a visa. If you have not signed the petition to prevent his entry to the UK, please do!

However, RDS the company he represents, effectively his voice, is still advocating that men objectify and abuse women on an international level. Facebook, Twitter and Reddit are still providing him and those like him a platform, a voice, to continue to promote this abuse.

All of this takes place under the superficial guise of 'educational dating advice'. Nothing could be further from the truth. The saddest truth is that not only is he encouraging those who want a violent outlet against women, but is also manipulating men, who feel under confident feeding them with nonsense of ‘how to be cool’.

RDS states that they ‘Help men relate better to women, improve their relationships, build inner confidence and take up a path of personal growth.’ Conversation, confidence and acceptance help men better relate to women! Not grabbing women on the street, choking them and putting their heads on your dick. He states that men need to be ‘caveman’ like in order to get women into bed. Unless men follow his advice and do his tricks, they will never become ‘panty-dropping’ ‘cool’.

This is not relationship advice that any man needs, this is manipulative and dehumanising – for both men and women.

Many have pointed out that freedom of speech is important online. But online platforms should not be spaces for unregulated abuse. His abuse is equally against women and men. Freedom of speech is incredibly important, and is needed for the marginalised and vulnerable communities who are often left unheard. I would not advocate banning the online presence of an organisation without need. This organisaton is promoting violence. It needs to stop now. RDS as an organisation should not have an online voice.
