We must have the ability to dislike tweets, to be able to accurately communicte our opinions to presidential, political, government, commercial and others entities.  

Currently tweets can only be "hearted", this leads to a skewed perception that a certain tweet's opinion/comment is viewed positively, when in fact it may not be.  Essentially the current system favors one groups opinion over another by allowing them show support, without an equivalent tool for those with different views. 

Twitter's reach and scope having grown to a political tool, and being the most frequently used communication tool by the current government, makes it vital that Twitter takes action today.

We ask that Twitter approach this request with vigorous urgency, everyday that passes is a day that Twitter is being used to communicate in ways that are changing our world.
