Hello my name is Leena aka viannavolexa and I'm a affiliate live streamer for company twitch.tv. On March 8th, 2018 I was mass reported for false claim "nudity" which lead my account to being indefinite suspension. When I was streaming I was in a sailor costume under the catagory "irl" which is "in real life" and was not doing anything "adult" or "nudity" which is against the TOS/RULES on their site and I go by them all the way. My costume photo is on my blog if you want to see I was no where near "nudity" or "sexual" as people would want to report me for "nudity". My costume is age/restaurant appropriate so not sure why would I be banned for "nudity" when there was no nudity or adult content involved in my stream. My stream lasted for 1 hour before I was banned chatting my viewers, getting subscribers, and listening to funny music with over 100 viewers. I want to have my case looked at by this company and have my account reopened because it's been 6 months and no email explanation to why I was banned for. If they see the proof I was in the wrong they would address it to me but there isn't because I never was "nudity/sexual activity". I just want my account back please.

During the 6 months of being banned and avoiding suspension appeal spamming I would send at least 2 appeals a month and twitter them so they can see I need to have my case handled and seen. I reached out to Twitch Staff, Twitch Partnerships and all they can tell me was to resubmit a new appeal which I already did and didn't want to bug them. I tried my best to reach out on appeals and social media so now since no one would listen or see my blog I decided to make this petition to see if someone out there helps me get my account back. It's been such a hard 6 months because twitch.tv was the company I enjoyed streaming on and 90% of my friends are on there and I can't type to them or hang out with them because that's considered "ban invasion". I've tried other companies to stream on but they aren't the same and most of my subscribers/friends choose to stick with twitch.tv which makes it very difficult. This is my career and my job and for people to report for false claims without proof really saddens me because I know the company or that one person in the suspensions department did see my emails in the inbox or spam folder so why am I not being responded to? 

I am no saint my streaming career started in 2015 was I banned once and as well in 2016 which is more in depth on my blog which you can read my wrongs and changing to become a better person to not let this happen again read more down below. Enough about the past what I want from Twitch.tv as a company or that one person in the suspensions department to explain where in my 1hr vod (replay video) was I nude or doing sexual activities that could cause me my ban that never happen?!? I felt attacked and no one wants to help or listen to me or hear me out. I think this is very unprofessional, and I'm not going to let this go because this is my career as a entertainer/gamer/model and need to know my rights why I can't get my account back for something I didn't do and twitch.tv can see the vod evidence that I didn't do anything "nudity".

I need my friends, family, and my supporters out there to sign my petition and have my back and know the truth that I wouldn't do anything to ruin my career and all the proof is on the twitch.tv vod which suspensions department can see and also see my side of the story on my blog below.

Twitch.tv or Suspensions department at Twitch please reconsider my appeals and look into my cases that never been seen, handled, or even answered. Please bring my career back I wouldn't do anything to break the rules and I know this because of my past being banned and learning my lessons look into my cases asap thanks.
