NicolePeachy account has been suspended indefinitely by Twitch.
The official reason for the suspension is "inappropriate attire" in her latest stream which would violate their TOS. Even if she appealed to the suspension and provided evidences that her attire didn’t go against the rules, their response was negative.

Sha has always been very careful to respect the rules and, despite bringing dance, yoga and Pole Dance training content (as well as gaming, ASMR and IRL), she's always been very cautious to every movement she made.

There are plenty of examples of other streamers who, despite committing far more serious violations than Nicole's (such as hatespeech, violent content, or even nazism) their suspensions have been less severe than the she was given, and their accounts were magically reactivated after a few days even though they had already been banned many more times than her.

But when it comes to an Italian streamer and pole dancer, no one can help to reactivate her account because apparently for Twitch violence or incitement to hatred are less serious matters than clothing and they can be forgiven.

This situation is making her feeling really bad… Streaming on Twitch was her favorite thing to do and it was suddenly taken away from her.
Twitch shouldn't permanently ban one of its Partners ruining his psychological situation, as well as economic, without giving any chance to redeem himself and improve.

Her community is really disappointed with the decision Twitch has made towards her, especially since the reason is UNFOUNDED and SEXIST.

We all hope they can give NicolePeachy another opportunity, despite the fact that she's been trying to contact the support since October the 31st, to prove that she is a really good streamer and she don't deserve to get a indefinite suspension!
