I hate to say it but Hilton Head National is at it again. I was so hoping for a break but I guess that isn't to be. So what are they up to? Their lawyers have requested EVERY piece of correspondence Tabor Vaux has had not only regarding Hilton Head National but also the earlier County Council decision when the Graves tract was up for development. So that you know, in that case Tabor recused himself from all decisions because one of the other attorneys at Vaux & Marscher Law Firm was involved in the Graves discussion. So why are they requesting all of this that includes texts, e-mails, etc? My answer is simply "just because." Can you imagine how much time it will take to provide all of these things? Damn lawyers (sorry Tabor). I knew they were up to something by their comments to me as they walked out of the last meeting that included smirks that told me they have a plan. I know you all are tired of this fight but we need to keep the petition growing so much so there is absolutely no doubt whatsoever how the people in Beaufort County regard this outrageous and transparent display of greed. It doesn't make any difference if you are from Hilton Head, Bluffton or Beaufort, sign and promote the petition! The future of the low country is at stake!
