On Sept 27, 2016 a supervisor walked into Tudor's Biscuit World in Ceredo, Kenova WV. & Fired  5 employees, 3 on the clock & 2 by phone. Without any given reason what so ever. The manager whom has been employeed there for over 35+ years was demoted to biscuit maker. While no one was left with any explanation as to what had just transpired, 2 of the employees who were fired over the phone, were wrongfully terminated. These employees had been there for 10+ or more years to not have an explanation for their termination. Teresa Mannon, Julia Young, Michelle Moyer & Sara (Unknown) were fired without just cause. & Brenda Young, was demoted. & a lady named Annette.  So far 5 have been fired. Delcina Handy is the supervisor that fired them all. I feel these terminations as well as the demotions were unfair & unjust. & something needs done. These women have put their heart & souls into Tudor's for several years to be left without answers. Lets be their voice. These women have been the face of that location for many many years to be done this way. I would think that this employer would have better respect for their elder employees, but I'm assuming we are wrong.

Another employee was terminated by phone!! This is definitely not right!!
