In the city of Tucson, Arizona, there is a road named E Speedway Boulevard and it runs through a majority of the city. This road is a high traffic area because of it's connection to downtown Tucson. People travel to and from work and to the many stores and businesses on this road. The only problem with this road is the speed limit. The posted speed limit is 35 mph from Speedway and Wilmot, to the end of Speedway which is past downtown. The speed limit of 35 mph is too slow for the volume of cars that travel through there every day, and it should be changed to 40 mph. 

This fix might not seem like much of a difference, but it is. Most roads in Tucson range from 40 mph to 50 mph. One of the only roads that is 35 mph is Speedway. Tucson drivers tend to speed everywhere and it isn't good. If someone was to speed on Speedway, they would probably go 5 mph over and with the speed limit now, they would be going 40 mph, which is bad. If the speed limit was to become 40 mph, that person would not be speeding anymore, hence why the speed limit should change.
