The residents of Tucker (DeKalb and Gwinnett) counties are faced with the possibility of the over-development of the Heritage Links Golf Course.

We value the low density, green space, and wildlife the golf course currently affords our property values. While the final outcome has yet to be determined, the current proposition of Lennar Homes for approximately 900 homes is not acceptable to us, the residents. 

Recognizing that the future is in our hands, we ask you, our elected officials, to not permit the rezoning of the golf course that would allow such density. We welcome discourse and suggestions on what can happen, and hope to find a pleasant middle.
