TSB Bank previously known as Lloyds TSB and previously a part of the Lloyds Banking PLC. Soon after, made into a stand alone bank and then sold to Spanish Bank Sabadell Bank. Or known as BANCO SABADELL. 

TSB already has a very low number of branches across the UK and Derby alone only has 2 branches. 

As of December 2019. Derby will lose its Normanton Road Branch causing a huge loss to the community that do not have easy access to the city centre as that will be the ONLY TSB bank left in Derby. 

So, for long standing customers, they have first had their Lloyds Bank account turned into Lloyds TSB, then into TSB and now closed. How is this fair? 

Normanton Derby is filled with elderly people who are able to walk to do their banking and people who don’t understand the modern day technology of online banking. Therefore a large amount of vulnerable customers.

As you walk into TSB you can see their notice boards regularly change about their work in helping the community - how is this helping the community?

Instead, customers are being forced to trek to the city centre to use their new “high tech” bank. 

Thus taking away the convenience of hundreds of customers,  vulnerable people and their very supportive and friendly staff.
