Hello Disney lovers, 

I am creation this petition to bring attention to the changes made to Jasmine's costume after a complaint of her outfit, showing too much skin, now I understand that all of the princess characters are due for a makeover. It's almost been 30 years, there is of course some cultural controversy over the authenticity of her costume  HOWEVER, Walt Disney did not design these beautiful parks for history lessons snd cultural argument so it's fantasy, it's fun, it's   imagination, changing the characters so drastically now will confuse children, which is most of all what Disney is about happiness and the joy of our children, yes by all means update the costumes, make changes but please don't completely alter, the characters film based looks for these. A lot of thought and design is put into these wonderful movies, why should we discredit the creations now? After the change to Steven Tyler's Scene in Rockin' Roller Coaster, this is a COMPLETELY upsetting!! Not only does her new costume look NOTHING like the original costume given to her in the animated film of Aladdin, she has worn this costume for 24 YEARS and all of sudden they change her outfit! What's next?! Ariel?! "Her seashells are provocative." "Aurora shows her shoulders!! Oh god no!" THIS Has become outrageous. Change Jasmine back!!
