The Trustees of Trinity College Cambridge would appear to be one of the largest landowners in the UK (total assets c. £1.34Bn).  Flying in the face of the interests of the local community and their social responsibilities, the Trustees have put forward 300+ of their greenbelt acres for industrial development purposes, within the Suffolk Coastal District Council Local Plan.  The site is enclosed by Kirton Road, Innocence Lane and the A14. They justify doing so by arguing they are providing for the expansion of Felixstowe Port and, thereby, are enhancing local employment prospects - arguments that don't stand up to close examination!
