Greetings and Salutations,

This is a petition to request covered bus stops, seats, and trash receptacles for those who are physically disabled in Washington County, Oregon.

We are hoping to get support to get trash receptacles, seats and covered bus stops on route 62 for those whom are disabled and/or use electric mobility devices at the stops;

• SW Murray & Brockman/Beard Northbound Stop ID 9324

There is a huge need to get covered stops due to the rainy weather in Oregon plus the fact their are at least 4 disabled people with power-wheel chairs in that area of Brockman and Beard that use the bus. During times when it is raining or snowing etc the bus is not an option for those using an electric DME device.

We are asking for there to be 2 covered stops (with seats and trash receptacles) plus accessibility for those whom are disabled be added to the 62 route at Brockman and Murray.

This would add inclusiveness in the community of Sexton Mountain neighborhood and it would greatly enhance the quality of life for the people who would be using the covered space whether disabled or non-disabled.
