Trenton needs an independent Civilian Complaint Review Board (CCRB) to ensure police accountability, transparency, and community trust. A strong CCRB would not only hold law enforcement accountable but also serve as a platform for ongoing education, trust-building, and problem-solving between the police and the people they serve. Other cities have successfully implemented similar models—now it's time for Trenton to take action.
