A tree isn't a tree. Each limb (or tree itself) is a potential flying or falling missile capable of killing people and destroying a neighbor's home (or municipality property).  A projectile that does a LOT of damage. So I keep on asking law makers, why aren't home owners accountable for their missiles since they own it.
 
RISING HOMEOWNER INSURANCE IS DUE TO FALLEN TREES. Even flash thunderstorms can do this damage.  I believe the municipalities, i.e., US TAX PAYERS, should NOT flip the bill to have a homeowner's tree limbs trimmed off the power lines. The bill should be sent directly to the owner of the tree.  We should NOT have to pay to have a neighbor's tree limbs trimmed to keep it off of our roof.  Irresponsible behavior should never be rewarded - they should be held ACCOUNTABLE. And Homeowner's insurance should NOT have to file a lawsuit against an irresponsible tree owner for destroying a neighbor's roof.  They should have to automatically pay up for damages.  Power companies should be able to send the bill to repair lines directly to the tree owner: Hold them accountable for their falling missiles, i.e., tree limbs or tree itself.
