Help me in drawing attention of CM UP upcm@nic.in  ,chief justice of allahbad high court & adminstrative judge of mbd court towards colloboration of judicial courts with builders &  corrupt politicians.how court itself ridiculing law , trapping and terrorising public & giving a blow to state revenue collection.

Sir in C.A 130/98 maya devi vs gopal tirth association there exist a fake proceedings dated 22 Feb 2009 which was Sunday & court holiday.The appellant Alok Sharma got involved with lawyer Arun Pratap Gupta  & court workers in this illegal work & forgery.Mr Sharma was then murdered and a fake suicide case was registered on fake fir no.429 crime event 560/2013.In ST 111/15 judge wrote original suicide note was recovered in order denying bail but no orginal suicide note was recovered & unavailable in case file.F.I.R is not computerized.Then fake unregistered non computerized sale deeds using fake stamp papers were made and injunction suit was filed O.S no. 1021/15 ( new no.985/16).Suit challenging sale deeds was too filed O S 875/2014 ( misc no.283/16).In both cases presiding officer Sri Abhay Pratap Singh took charge and was informed about fake stamps but he saved culprits moving ex party against them and took no action.Recently nayab tehsildar too entered culprits name in tehsil records of plot 824 mbd against govt. rules on basis of fake unregistered power of attorney , in name of dead persons , without latest tax payment receipts and without registration receipt of sale deeds.

I am sure this must be happening with other citizens too.This is a game of trapping pubilc in fake cases and proceedings, murdering owners during pendency and creating fake unregistered sale deeds on fake stamp papers.This is an act of land grabbers ( boo mafias )

I therefore request you to sign and share this petition widely .It will enable me to take the petition to the chief minister of up , chief justice of allahbad high court and administrative judge of mbd court and convince them that there is enough public interest in this cause.
