For years, we have been underpaid and undervalued. Our union leadership, to whom we entrust our rights and welfare, has been deliberately withholding key information from us - the paying members. This is not just a breach of trust, but also an infringement on our rights as due paying members.

We need real answers regarding our contract. We deserve to know the details that directly impact our livelihoods. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, unionized workers earn about 20% more in wages than non-union workers (Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2020).

Yet, we find ourselves struggling despite being part of a union.  This petition seeks transparency from our union leadership concerning contract negotiations and terms. It's time they uphold their duty to represent us honestly and fairly.  

We understand the value of negotiating in good faith with the postal service.  But to deliberately ignore the members concerns repeatedly and withhold key information is unacceptable. 

We call upon all members who believe in fairness, transparency,  to sign this petition.
