For many years, the property across from my mother's home in Catonsville, MD has been randomly maintained by the county due to complaints from local residents. I truly believe that transforming this unmaintained field into a well-maintained fishing ground and park would not only provide recreational activities for individuals but also create employment opportunities for those seeking work. This project could bridge gaps within our community by offering a space where people can come together, enjoy nature, and find meaningful employment.
