Transfer Jack McLennan’s Case from Murgon to Brisbane Police Department

Transfer Jack McLennan’s Case from Murgon to Brisbane Police Department
The issue
Losing a child is a devastating, unthinkable tragedy. I experienced this pain when my son Jari Wise was taken away from me at the age of 26. I can only imagine it is a living hell not knowing where your child is. Similar agony is being forced on the family of Jack McClennen, who went missing under disturbing circumstances. Jack's disappearance is more than a common missing person case; it’s a young man who was last seen with someone and then vanished.
At present, the case is being handled by the Murgon Police Department. Unfortunately, it seems that critical information in Jack's case has been overlooked or disregarded, raising questions and increasing the anguish of Jack's loved ones. Why is important evidence being ignored? Why aren’t all leads being followed? This demands urgent clarification.
We firmly believe that relocating Jack's case to a larger, potentially more resourceful jurisdiction can provide new perspectives, and hopefully, the breakthrough we all are desperate for. Brisbane Police Department, with its more extensive resources can re-examine all available information, listen more effectively to any and all leads, and even bring attention to any connected associates of Jack prior to his disappearance.
Critical reviews show that moving a case to a new jurisdiction often brings fresh understanding and can fast-track the search process, as seen in several high-profile investigations in Australia (source: National Missing Persons Coordination Center). In many instances, it revives the investigation, bringing it the attention it deserves. We strongly hope that will be the case for Jack. Thus, we call upon authorities to decisively act and move Jack McClennen's case to the Brisbane Police Department without further ado.
They say it takes a village to raise a child. Now we need that village to help find one of its missing children. Sign this petition if you believe in the power of collective effort in delivering justice and bringing closure to a family in despair.
