GEORGE CARNALL SAVED FROM CLOSURE

I'd like to thank everyone for the kind words but without the support of the community this would not have been possible and certainly would not have been achieved without the tireless work put into this by Maureen Dickinson, Irene Codd, Keith Evans and Paul Ashworth.

The present upheaval at the centre has unfortunately been caused by Urmston Leisure Centre members having to relocate to GHC whilst the construction company completes the work.
This has meant some form of disruption to every member at the centre including instructors.
Some have suffered more than others by either being relocated to other centres or having their particular class or activity cancelled completely.
The management have tried to minimise the impact this is having but unfortunately this situation won't be resolved until Urmston Leisure Centre reopens so in the meantime lets hope we can all bear with it.
