Trafalgar car parking changes to ruin business and inundate residential streets!

Residents and Business Owners of Trafalgar we are appealing to you to sign the petition to stop the car parking changes that have been approved by the Baw Baw Shire Council for Trafalgar. 

The Trafalgar Chamber of Commerce was not properly consulted on the proposed changes to car parking within the Trafalgar business district, nor were any of their recommendations taken into account. Trafalgar businesses and residents opposed the car parking recommendations, but as usual the Baw Baw Shire Council does what they want. 

It is time for the residents and business owners of Trafalgar to stand up. We DO NOT NEED:

1. A Parking Inspector;
2. Kitchener Street turned into a residential car park;
3. All of the car parking behind the Bendigo Bank/Post Office turned to 2 hour parking;
4. All full day parking behind the Chemist removed;
5. The IGA car park turned into a staff car park for all the businesses of Trafalgar;
6. Caravans and Trucks parking along McCrory Street.

With the changes approved by the Baw Baw Shire Council, business owners and staff will no longer have anywhere safe to park, and Kitchener Street will be inundated with cars parked all day long. This is dangerous and unnecessary!

Trafalgar IS NOT Warragul and Drouin. WE DO NOT WANT OR NEED THESE CHANGES.
