For us Toyota customers, I can speak for many in saying that we are incredibly disappointed in how Toyota has ignored those of us who have purchased a 2018 or older model. Toyota has refused to update our Engine 3.0 to include Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility. Yet, they have done so with 2019-2020 models. 

We ask that Toyota reconsider this decision and send us an updated version with this feature .

It is 2019 and almost every car maker that has opted for smart screens inside their vehicles have gone in the direction of CarPlay and Android Auto. Toyota, don't let your customers stay behind.
