The Issue

I support the plan to: 

  • Preserve 95% of the undeveloped land - 166 acres of greenspace, forever
  • Develop only an additional 9 acres 
  • Create a county park and much needed athletic fields for our youth
  • Redevelop blighted and dilapidated buildings 
  • Improve intersections and ease area traffic
  • Clean up the dumpsite and trash on the property
  • Deliver revenue that will support our community
