Oops...In my zeal to get the word out I missed a key detail. The ruling today, July 27th prevents the sale of the Hemby Road station until August 10th at 10am at which time Judge Lee will hear a motion on a preliminary injunction that could prevent the sale of the station until our law suit is settled.
