On Monday, October 13, 2020, Council voted 5 to 1 to rezone the 2-44 Marine Drive Logy Bay property to permit the sale of this privately own property. Alas, the former Logy Bay Ski Hill (“The Lump”) will not become a year-round recreation area for our community.  Special thanks to the 88 community residents who signed our petition to say no to rezoning. Many of you followed up by sending letters to Council supporting our position. AGAIN, WE THANK YOU!!
