The deadline for submission of written comments on the Rezoning of  the Logy Bay Lump is Friday, Sept 11th, 2020 4 pm - less than 2 days away! Once rezoned it is lost forever.

Our Town is growing rapidly, and the Justina Centre and Kelly Park facilities already are operating at full capacity. We need more year-round outdoor recreation programs. In the Town’s Recreation Master Plan, residents repeatedly identified the potential to utilize the former ski hill as a year-round recreational site.

I/we do not want 2-44 Marine Lab Road rezoned out of its Recreation Designation and I/we want the Town to purchase the 43 acre property and develop it as a recreation site.
