The Town Council of Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove (LBMCOC) is holding a Zoom meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at 7:00 pm to receive feedback from residents on the proposed amendment to rezone the privately owned ski hill property from Open Space/Recreation to Low-Density Residential to permit the buyer to build a single dwelling. Once registered, the Town will send a Zoom meeting invitation  with the attached link to join.  Deadline is today. Residents should email the Town Office at office@lbmcoc.ca to register by 4 pm. If you want this property to become a community green space for the Town then you must ensure your voice is heard!
