The Town Council of Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove (LBMCOC) is holding a virtual Zoom meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at 7:00 pm to receive feedback from residents on the proposed amendment to rezone the privately owned ski hill property from Open Space/Recreation to Low-Density Residential. We need as many LBMCOC residents as possible to join in this meeting. Now is your chance to have your “No to Rezoning” opinion heard!  Once registered you will be sent a Zoom meeting invitation from Council with the attached link to join. 

Apologies to our many supporters but you must be a resident of the community to join the meeting. Residents must  contact the Town Office at office@lbmcoc.ca to register for the virtual meeting by Tuesday, September 1, 2020 and note in your email that you wish to register for the Zoom meeting giving your name and civic address. There is a strong movement to have this land rezoned so please register early because there is limited space on the Zoom call. If we want  this property to become a community green space then we must ensure our voice is heard. We will upload a summary of the meeting the next day to all supporters.
