The Justice system guidelines need to be updated, I would like a review on the law framework to enable judges and magistrates to give tougher sentences to anyone who hurts children.

I am totally heartbroken reading about children being sexually abused and the perpetrator getting short sentences, the sentences can only be classed as an insult to the victims.
