To all over of those including myself who ride the TTC everyday to work, to school, for pleasure, for everyday groceries. Since the economic shutdown of our City because of COVID-19 and the reduction of TTC Ridership, the TTC had no choice because of Budget costs to temporarily layoff 450 operators. 

This created less buses in our city, the cancellation of all of the 900 series Express buses, the reduction in Subway, Streetcar, and Wheeltrans service. TTC was in economic trouble but recently the federal government and provincial governments have provided financial aid to the TTC to ensure the TTC will not go belly up. 

This is the right time to be fully restore service because of the open of our economy since we are now on Stage 3 but as well with schools opening up in September. 

Their is currently no school trips dedicated buses for the TTC in September and as well 900 series Express buses making a comeback. 

 Also no one is going to be called back to work and yet on weekend shuttles the TTC is allow currently working operators to work overtime at time and half to help out.

I am asking you to sign this petition to push the TTC and Municipal Politicians to fully restore TTC Service for September to ensure social distancing on all vehicles and as well that a 2nd wave of COVID-19 will not occur. 

I am asking as well to promise to do your part like I do and pay your fare share. By tapping your presto card on the machine or paying a cash fare. That way the TTC revenue will be up enough so they can't make any excuses for having enough money.
