Vince Carter will be playing in his final and NBA record-breaking 22nd season and it should be with the Toronto Raptors.

The Toronto Raptors are the 2019 NBA Champions and yet, fans have to deal with the loss of their best player, again. That being said, for the 2019-2020 season, we have an opportunity to celebrate the past as well in historic fashion. 

In his time with the Raptors, he placed the franchise on the map as 1999 NBA Rookie of the Year and 2000 NBA Slam Dunk Champion.  He led us to our first playoff series victory and inspired a Canadian basketball movement at the grass roots level. 

In the 2018-19 season, the NBA had 12 Canadian-born players, the most of any international country ever which will be broken this upcoming as a record 6 new Canadian players were selected in the 2019 NBA Draft.  Vince's legacy is our youth movement and he spent the last 4 seasons as a mentor.

Let's Vince Carter come back to the Toronto Raptors in his final season and acknowledge is Hall of Fame career in the uniform he will be inducted.
