Doug Ford

Doug Ford is a Canadian businessman and politician who is the 26th and current Premier of Ontario since his election in June 2018. Known for his straightforward and often combative style, he is a member of the Progressive Conservative Party. Prior to his role as Premier, he served as Toronto City Councillor for Etobicoke North from 2010 to 2014. Ford, whose father was a member of provincial parliament (MPP), is also the elder brother of late Toronto Mayor Rob Ford. Beyond politics, he co-owns Deco Labels, a printing company founded by his father in 1962.
