parental alienation has never been a real diagnosed disorder, yet in Wilson County, TN it is overriding my sons voice to be heard about his physical abuse by his father. parental alienation has never been proven in this case, and today my son was sent back to his father after he told me and my family his dad had choked him on his last visit. DCS has been involved in this case for years, and the last caseworker was fired for hiding abuse. Now the judge today, refused to listen to my son in chambers because we didn't have expert witnesses in court to verify he had disclosed he had been choked. so, tonight, I sit and cry because my son may not make it back alive to me in two weeks. I want a judge to start listening to my child, and stop being so prejudiced to believe the father!!
