We are asking Tony Robbins and his partner Success Resources to refund every client that asks for their money back for the postponed/canceled UPW 2020 event.

There are people who are getting laid off, unable to work or support their children, sick with the new virus, that have bought tickets to the 2020 UPW Event and are in great need for their money back.

We are stating that it is not fair how the organizers change the contract clauses (they postponed the event from May 2020 to October 2020 and in July they announced that the event will be held online), how they treat their clients (no responses given for all the sent emails) and do not want to make the refund even if the signed contract has a Money Back Guarantee clause.

In the first months after the postponement the organizers forced clients to pick the new date from October or the 2021 event without caring if people can attend to the new dates, stating that they do not make refunds.

The July update forces people to attend to an online event that is something that clients didn’t sign up for. Everyone that bought a ticket to the UPW 2020 wanted to go in May to a real-life event.

There are still people that want to attend to UPW events, but there are people that their life / survival maybe depends on this money!

We expect that Tony Robbins, giving his domain of activity and what he teaches, will discuss with his partner and agree to refund everyone who asks for their money back.
