New York State has 29 Electoral Votes to cast in a Presidential Election.. NYC always votes Democrat and the rest of NY State votes Republican. Its majority tyranny for NY City to choose who the rest of the state's electoral votes go to. Those 29 electoral votes should be split between NY City and its metropolitan areas and the rest of the state. Otherwise, whats the point in NYS voting in a Presidential election - if the population from one area gets to dictate where they go. In order for the rest of the New Yorkers to have their voice heard - majority tyranny needs to end. 14 votes from NYS and 15 votes from NYC. The rest of NY is tired of not being heard!
