Synergy Contract Packaging and Richard Abbott are routinely blocking Todd Street and Hannah Road.  This is a safety issue as not even emergency vehicles can get through sometimes for a stretch of over 30 minutes.  Trucks are illegally parked on Todd Street in a staggered fashion blocking traffic with disregard to the other businesses and their consumers on Todd Street.

Section 42.03 of the Texas Penal Code Prohibits obstructing a "highway, street, sidewalk, railway, waterway, elevator, aisle, hallway, entrance, or exit to which the public or a substantial group of the public has access," or certain other types of passageways. In 2021 this section was amended to make obstructing access for emergency vehicles or to medical facilities a felony offense.

We are respectfully requesting that Law enforcement and the City of Oak Ridge North enforce Texas State Penal Code Section 42.03 as Synergy Contract Packaging and Richard Abbott are in direct violation of the law.
