Reinstate the Revision Policy

The revision policy in Mr. Buck's class allows the students who can prove that knew what they were doing, but made a small mistake to redo that problem and learn from their mistakes. We take two quizzes and one exam per unit, so taking reassessments for every mistake is very difficult and often impossible in students' busy schedules. With the revision policy that we all know, need and love, we can learn from our mistakes and improve our grades while still having to put in a significant effort. By the time we have taken quiz one, revised quiz one, then taken quiz two and revised quiz two we are thoroughly prepared for the exam, but did have not spend all of our lunch hours and after school periods and time for much-needed sleep studying for and taking reassessments. Without the revision policy, many of us would be taking between 7 and ten individual assessments, including the exam and quizzes.

We ask students to write their personal experiences and reasons for why they need the revision policy reinstated.
