The residents of Epping asks the Premier to intervene to save the heritage-listed cottage at 48 Oxford Street, Epping from demolition. This is a valuable historic building that forms part of a rapidly changing Epping, and we ask you as Premier and member of the Greater Sydney Commission to preserve it for future generations.

In addition, we ask to to ensure that no further high rise development approvals are issued until a review of the needs of the exiting residential and business community is undertaken.
