Over the weekend we learned of another casualty of the changes to BBC Three - this time it's BAFTA award-winning In The Flesh.
The drama, which has a huge dedicated following of fans, will not get a third series. This is because if BBC3 moves online it will be subjected to big programming cuts, and will only allow the channel to produce one drama series a year.
It is these budget cuts that is one of the reasons we're fighting to #savebbc3. Not only could it move online but there would be fewer TV programmes created for young adults, and fewer opportunities for new talent on BBC TV. Instead the focus will shift to shorter videos suitable for the internet.
A consultation from the BBC Trust will open soon and we'll all be able to tell the BBC why this is a bad idea. In the meantime keep tweeting using #savebbc3 and @savebbcthree, and like our Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/save3.
