We, as fans, can understand why the front office felt the need to move on from Sean McDermott. But the fact that Brandon Beane - who provided Sean debatably the worst roster he has had in the Josh Allen Era - not only still has a job, but has been PROMOTED to a position of even more power and responsibility, is unforgivable. How can we expect progress when the very architect of our struggles is given a more prominent role?
