This business Makeda's cookie shop and Dr. Kia Moore are in violation of code: U.S. 18c1001. Facts to prove this complaint are the following: the owner Maurice Hill aka Maurice Suggars and Pamela H Hill along with Dr. Kia Moore did knowingly and willingly committed fraud by lying to the public and the Memphis police department about one of the owners being present and witnessing the murder of Adolph Thornton Jr on November 17, 2021. They defrauded the public in a well organized scheme to make the public feel sympathy and concern for the business during the time of the incident. They played on the public emotions and they also deceived everyone by telling this lie to obtain illegal funds.
