Dear California Judicial Commission, Governor, Attorney General, Senator & Members of Congress:

We, the undersigned individuals, agree that Judge Virginia Keeny of the East District Courthouse, Van Nuys, should be removed as a Family Law Judge. We feel Judge Virginia Keeny has brought more damage to the lives of parents and children, then justice. We sign this petition because we care about the lives of all children, the importance of family, and the significant roles that each parent contributes to their child's life. A child deserves to have both parents present in their life, not just one. It has been, and will continue to be proven with multiple cases, that Judge Virginia Keeny has intentionally ignored acts of proven child abuse, child endangerment, domestic violence, perjury, parental alienation, criminal history, mental disorders, and drug use, causing our children emotional torment and to live amongst less than suitable caretakers. We sign this petition to protect not only our children's rights and futures, but that of their health, safety and welfare. We sign this petition to protect our parental rights and our constitutional rights to have a fair and just trial regardless of sex, race, and income. We believe Judge Virginia Keeny is unjust, corrupt, unethical, and her actions have permanently scarred and negatively impacted several families. 

We respectfully request that you stand with us in solidarity. No child deserves to unjustly lose a capable and loving parent from their life. This is a call to action to remove Judge Virginia Keeny who blatantly ignores the law, encroaches upon our fundamental parental rights, and abuses our children in the process. We can no longer allow a biased and unethical judge dictate the lives of innocent children. The scandalous actions perpetrated by Judge Virginia Keeny have been reprehensible and contrary to the most basic notions that we hold dear as Americans.
