So, it may seem like words are all I have to convince you... But, thankfully, that is not the case.

And I will tell you why. Yelena and Kate Bishop are not only unexpected comrades but also two characters that have amazing chemistry with one another. Florence Pugh and Hailee Steinfeld do a tremendous job of portraying them and it will be a privilege and an honour to see the two on screen together again, hopefully in a romantic manner. Breathe if you agree :)

Let us also not forget about how there is such a gaping hole in the form of LGBTQIA+ representation in the Marvel cinematic universe. Therefore, this couple will not only begin to bridge the gap between the two but also give young queer people the chance to watch a part of themselves being reflected back on a massive scale. It will help them realise that it is not only okay to be part of the LGBTQIA+ community but also a thing to be proud of and celebrated.

Plus, it's Yelena and Kate! Two of the most lovable yet deadly new characters introduced!!! Imagine these two dorks with one another!!! They will be such a great power couple!!! Kicking ass and saving lives together!!!

So, yeah...

And I am sure as time passes, more folks would like to add on their reasons to see Kate and Yelena in a romantic relationship on screen. Hence, I will stop now.
